Accor signs the first TRIBE hotel in Hungary – Hospitality Net


Accor is stepping up its ambition in the art of living market with the development of the TRIBE hotel brand in Europe. The Group has established a partnership with Futureal for the first TRIBE hotel not only in Hungary, but also in Eastern Europe. The new property will be located in the bustling city center of Rue Kertész, one of the busiest tourist areas in the capital. Construction work on the complex is expected to start at the end of 2021 with an opening scheduled for 2023.

The first TRIBE in Hungary will offer more than 250 rooms and spaces designed by Puhl and Dajka Architects Studio to provide inspiring cutting-edge technology and comfort. Guests and locals alike will enjoy a vibrant community experience that includes a sky bar with a spectacular view and intimate atmosphere, bicycle rental, a fitness center, and a coworking office. Renowned international design studios have contributed to the unique concept of the Hungarian hotel, including DeSallesFlint Interior Design, as well as Nina Weinstein Lighting Design and Hilla Mayer Lighting Design. The hotel investor is Futureal Group, one of the main real estate developers and investors in Central and Eastern Europe.
