PVNG is a game changer in the world of hotel accounting. With PVNG, we can have consolidated results in real time at all times.

“Plus, when you make changes to a financial statement, it can be done and released to all companies at once – instead of having to make the change to every company code,” she said. declared. “Setting up and assigning user roles was very easy and is useful for auditing purposes to determine each user’s access. Overall, the transition to PVNG was smooth – we received weekly updates on the project, and the knowledge, communication, quick responses and friendliness of the Aptech team was incredible. One of the biggest feature enhancements, Chastang said, is in Accounts Payable. PCH can now import invoices, W9s, etc., and then explore those invoices while running financial statements and trial balances. Soon, the company will further automate APs by leveraging Aptech’s OCR-based invoice processing. PA automation will allow PCH’s finance team to receive critical invoice information accurately and efficiently while eliminating paper, eliminating manual data entry errors and realizing cost savings. This will allow PCH to improve its efficiency and save a lot of time and money.
